Testing in a Real World Environment
Group NIRE has developed research facilities to test prototypes for wind and solar technologies in a real world environment.

Stage I: Project Identification
Group NIRE identifies and reviews the feasibility and economic viability of project opportunities. For partner-proposed projects, Group NIRE identifies opportunities in specific locations.
Stage II: Site and Technology Evaluation
Group NIRE assesses potential sites and equipment to determine renewable energy production potential. Group NIRE then identifies permitting and interconnection requirements, potential local incentives and projected income.
Stage III: Project Development, Commercialization and Finance
Group NIRE negotiates and structures projects through: acquiring early stage projects, Turbine Supply Agreements and optimizing tax incentives and credits.
Stage IV: Project Management Service
Group NIRE coordinates all project related activities necessary to construct and operate renewable energy facilities.
