Group NIRE and Texas Tech University were selected by the Center for Commercialization for Electric Technologies (CCET) to deploy a 1MW/1MWH Battery at the Reese Technology Center to be used in connections with Group NIRE’s wind testing and certification site. The battery was commissioned on October 18, 2013.
